What to include in your message
To help us resolve your issue faster, please include:
- A clear description of the problem you're experiencing
- The email address you used to register (if applicable)
- The browser or wallet you're using (SafePal, MetaMask, etc.)
- Any error messages you're seeing, screenshotted if possible
Never include your seed phrase, private key, or any recovery words. Legitimate support will never ask for these.

Many common issues are already documented in the troubleshooting section on the claim page and in the claim FAQ. If your issue is covered there, the fix is usually one refresh or one account switch away.
