01 — Troubleshooting

Common claim issues

Fixes for the problems people actually run into during the claim process.

01

Wallet won't connect on the audit page

Make sure you're on Sidra Chain (Chain ID 97453) in your SafePal or MetaMask network selector. If the network isn't listed, add it manually with RPC endpoint https://rpc.sidrachain.com and chain ID 97453.

02

Claim button does nothing

Refresh the page and try again. Ensure your browser extension is unlocked and that you've granted the page permission to access your wallet. If you're on mobile, open the page inside SafePal's built-in DApp browser.

03

Address not eligible

Your wallet must be the one registered during the eligibility phase. If you registered with a different address, switch to that account in your SafePal or MetaMask wallet before clicking claim again.

04

Transaction stuck on "pending"

Standard network gas may be required to receive your allocation. Ensure your wallet holds a small amount of the chain's native token to cover gas. Do not send funds to any third-party address — gas is paid directly from your own wallet.

05

Tokens not showing after claim

After a successful claim, SDA may take a few minutes to appear. If it's been longer, add the SDA token contract address manually in your SafePal or MetaMask wallet so the balance displays.

06

Someone messaged me offering help

Treat this as an impersonation attempt. Stop responding, do not share any codes or screenshots of your registration, and report the account through the official Sidra Chain channels.

02 — FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do I claim my 3000 SDA?+

Click Claim Now on this page, then on the audit page login your desired SDA wallet — SafePal or MetaMask — so your 3000 SDA allocation is sent directly to that wallet address. Once you're signed in, confirm the receipt and your tokens are allocated on-chain.

Which wallet should I login with?+

Login with any SDA-compatible wallet you control. SafePal and MetaMask are both fully supported, and you can use either the browser extension or the mobile app. The wallet you login with on the audit page is the wallet that receives your 3000 SDA — so make sure it's the one you want the tokens in.

Where will my 3000 SDA be sent?+

Your 3000 SDA is allocated to the wallet you login with on the audit page. If you want the tokens in a specific SafePal or MetaMask account, switch to that account before confirming the claim. Always double-check the wallet address you're signed in with.

Is there a fee to claim?+

Claiming is free. A small amount of standard network gas may apply at the time of receipt, paid directly from your own wallet. Never send funds to any third-party address to "unlock" a claim — legitimate claims don't work that way.

How long does the allocation take?+

Once you confirm the claim on the audit page, the allocation is typically processed within a few minutes. If SDA doesn't appear in your balance, manually add the SDA token contract in SafePal or MetaMask to display it.

Do I need to hold any token to claim?+

You only need a small amount of the chain's native token in your wallet to cover gas for the receipt transaction. No minimum balance, no deposit, and no payment to any third party is required.

What if I registered with a different wallet?+

You should login with the wallet address registered during the eligibility phase. Switch accounts in SafePal or MetaMask before signing in on the audit page. If you no longer have access to that address, contact official support through the channels listed on sidrachain.com.

Is it safe to login my wallet?+

Yes. Sidra Chain never asks for your seed phrase or private key — not now, not ever. The claim process only requires you to login to your wallet and confirm the receipt. Anyone requesting your seed phrase or recovery words is attempting to steal your funds.

Where can I get help if I'm stuck?+

Check the Troubleshooting section above first — it covers the most common issues. If your problem persists, reach out through the official support channels listed on sidrachain.com. Never accept help from accounts that DM you first.
